Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation is a privately owned manufacturer of generic inhalation solutions headquartered in West Columbia; SC. All Nephron’s products are proudly made in the USA! Nephron specializes in blow-fill-seal (BFS) manufacturing, a technology that allows a vial of medication to be formed, filled and sealed in a continuous process without human intervention in a sterile, enclosed area.

 

As an industry leader in product safety and quality, Nephron continuously pursues product enhancements, such as easy to identify vial shapes, embossed lettering and color-coded packaging. In 2001, prior to FDA’s 2004 mandate, Nephron led the market in the development and release of individually wrapped and bar-coded medication. Individually wrapped and bar-coded vials are a major patient safety feature and are now standard treatments in the bedside safety practices of US hospitals.

 

Nephron has longstanding relationships with major drug wholesalers to distribute its products among retail pharmacies, mail order pharmacies, hospitals, home care companies, and long term care facilities. Nephron has a dedicated sales force that covers all fifty states and Puerto Rico, and has additional sales channels throughout South America, the Middle East, and Europe.

 

Currently Nephron is looking for Call Center Agents to staff a newly built call center within our corporate office. This position will be a liaison between Nephron, Nephron sales staff and existing/potential customers. The successful candidate will accept ownership for effectively communicating Nephron products, assisting sales team, managing customer needs/requirements and maintaining customer information with Nephron’ customer database.

 

Position Summary:

  •  Perform all aspects of customer communications including but not limited to inbound/outbound calls both manual and automated for customers or potential customers
  •  Liaison between Nephron and customers, becoming customers point of contact
  •  Assists with additional duties or responsibilities as evident or required. 
  •  Performs other duties as assigned or apparent. 

Primary Accountabilities: 

  •  Manage inbound and outbound calls as well as other types of communications in a timely manner
  •  Follow communication “scripts” when communicating with customers
  •  Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  •  Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  •  Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  •  Keep comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database
  •  Frequently attend Nephron educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  •  Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

  •  High School diploma or equivalent required.
  •  A.A. Degree desired
  •  Call Center experience required
  •  1-3 years’ experience MS Office products
  •  Written and Oral communication skills.
  •  Must be a Team Player and be able to interact within the company with all departments.
  •  Perform with minimum supervision. 
  •  A broad perspective that aligns decisions to organizational objectives
  •  The ability to take strategic objectives and accept accountability to drive results through effective actions.

  •  Position requires lifting (up to 15lbs), vision (20/20), standing (10%), sitting (80%), walking (10%), talking, typing and hearing.
  •  Incumbents required to wear specified protective equipment as necessary.
